System Support Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first tier support for Crown Branch Applications (e.g. QuipWare, CMSP, SRA).
• Assist in optimizing system and processes.
• Create and maintain documentation to assist with the support of Branch Business systems.
• Perform security administration such as the creating and maintenance of user and group access.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or related field, along with one to two years’ related experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Windows Server and UNIX experience strongly desired.
• Experience running SQL Queries and writing SSRS Packages preferred.

This position is on-site at our New Bremen, OH location.
