Job Duties:

  • Workshop Coordination - Schedule sessions and invite participants.  Assist participants with scheduling and other questions.  Monitor training material inventory and order material as required.  Consult with lead instructors on logistics or enrollment issues.  Send pre-training materials to workshop attendees.  Schedule instructors, skill checkers and guest speakers as needed per class. Collaborate with the Company’s internal hospitality department regarding housing, room reservations, and meals for workshop attendees in New Bremen. Collaborate with hotels, food vendors and catering companies for regional locations.
  • Student Record Keeping and Follow Up - Utilize the company’s Learning Management System for record keeping, creating reports and spreadsheets. Prepare attendee rosters, workshop completion certificates, and course communication needs. Maintain multiple spreadsheets for students, including both internal and external trainees enrolled in DP Service Trainings. Analyze and manage course survey results to evaluate effectiveness of training.  Prepare invoices and bill customers, dealers, and branches for class trainings, hotels, and catering.
  • Administrative Duties - Provide support for classes, meetings and guests visiting the Learning and Development Center. Perform clerical tasks including filing, answering the phone, sorting mail, making copies, and preparing class material. Order training materials, tools, snacks, and beverages for the center along with day-to-day supplies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years related experience
  • High school diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree with experience in a training or educational environment.  
  • Three to six months office experience with good computer and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask and skilled in Microsoft Excel.
  • Professional with an enthusiastic attitude, strong communication skills, and team-oriented personality.
