Training Coordinator - Operational Excellence

  • Develop and maintain training modules, skill checks, and job aids for instructor-led, web-based, and CRI training for the Operational Excellence team.


  • Stay updated on company training development standards and protocol. Coach the Ops Ex team/Subject Matter Experts. Stay updated and consistent on technology used by the Education Center. Serve as the liaison between the Ops Ex team and the Ed Center, including the Talent Connect administrator.


  • Schedule sessions and invite participants.  Assist participants with scheduling and other questions.  Consult with lead instructors on any logistics or enrollment issues.  Schedule instructors and guest speakers. Collaborate with guest services group on housing, room reservations, and meals for workshop attendees.



  • High school diploma or equivalent with two to four years of related experience is required. 


  • A two-year college degree or equivalent and two to three years of prior experience with related subject matter is preferred.


  • Must exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills.


  • Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and TechSmith Camtasia software applications would be a plus.
