Job Requirements

• Lead and provide business strategy development related to the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of all of Company’s facilities and properties. 
• Develop and monitor budgets and approves contracts to meet current and future needs.
• Oversee all building operations, including repairs, refurbishments, and the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management systems.
• Evaluate contractors for facility projects and delivery of services leveraging buying power where necessary.
• Ensure building operations meet service standards and comply with all local laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage large budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

• Extensive travel and overnight stays 

Required Qualifications

• 8-15 years' related facilities management experience
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, or Architecture)

Five years of Senior leadership experience along with overseeing global teams and complex facilities portfolios is preferred. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.  Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
