Job Duties

  • Collaborate with other company departments, freight carriers, dealers, or customers to schedule equipment removals. Ensure lease return abuse process is executed and followed. Validate accurate system data throughout process.
  • Audit inventory levels and recommend reduction or addition needs. Review and recommend recycling of aged equipment. Work with vendors and Service/Shipping teams to schedule removal of recyclable equipment. Predict future lease return equipment and create plans in advance of returns.
  • Lead Physical Inventory process. Work with MoveMore Sales & Rental team to facilitate inventory audits and corrections prior to the physical inventory date. Obtain additional staff from branch operations and locations to support the physical inventory process. Coordinate physical inventory, compile data, finalize, and report out physical inventory results in alignment with branch policy. Perform audits to ensure accurate inventory data.
  • Work with other departments to develop, maintain, and ensure compliance with established processes. Maintain accurate warranty data for MoveMore equipment. Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-4 years related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Occasional travel (0-5%)
  • Occasional overnight stays (0-5%)
  • Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business < 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during schedules workday.
  • Per 8-hour shift.  Sit 6 hours and stand 2 hours.  Typical office environment (low noise level, limited exposure hot/cold temperatures, dust, fumes, and vibrations).  Regular interaction with others and performs a degree of independent work.  Physical and mental demands are akin to the majority of office positions with prolonged periods of sitting and prolonged use of a computer/keyboard.  Infrequent lifting, walking and climbing stairs.  Occasional use of office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.).

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business or related field. 
  • Good computer skills. 
  • Able to perform basic functions in Microsoft Excel. 
  • Good communication, follow-up, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
  • Good math skills. 
  • Able to analyze data effectively. 
  • Existing knowledge of Crown lift trucks.
