Job Duties
- Load and unload all equipment.
- Inspect all equipment received in and shipped out.
- Record model and serial numbers of trucks, batteries, chargers, etc., needed on bill of lading. Fill out an equipment condition checklist. Record incoming equipment on receiving sheet.
- Tag equipment for inventory control.
- Arrange for cranes when needed (for loading/unloading purposes).
- Work with freight companies to establish pick-up/delivery date/time. Skidding and special handling of units on inbound and outbound freight.
- Moving of used and rental equipment to proper location in warehouse.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must be able to safely operate lift trucks and safely work in areas of lift truck traffic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Related work experience preferred
