Job Responsibilities:


  • Manage the revision of legal contracts, including Master Lease Agreements and related Schedules. Review proposed document changes and collaborate with Crown’s legal team, Crown Credit Company Manager and Crown Credit Company Director on acceptable contract changes.
  • Negotiate with branches and lessees with respect to language that satisfies customer requests, but also protects Crown Equipment Corporation with as little risk as possible. 
  • Develop reports on the status of Master Lease Agreements and Lease Schedules. Review, confirm and communicate agreement terms when inquiries or disputes arise.
  • Create lease file and check pertinent customer data if already an existing Crown Credit customer.
  • Check various information on newly booked leases to verify documents and LeaseWorks systems match. Log any differences in the non-conforming log.




  • Associate degree in Paralegal, Business, Legal Studies or Contract Management 

  • Two to four years related experience

  • Experience with a contract management system and understand contract legalities.

  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving capabilities are necessary.
