Leasing Services Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the internal quoting, credit approval and booking of new lease agreements.  Provide various levels of customer service to end users and to the Crown network.
• Negotiate and Book Lease and Finance Deals - Structure and approve lease and finance proposals to assigned dealers. This includes the internal quoting, check-in, application entry and booking process. 
• Customer Service and Dealer Support - Interact with assigned dealers and customers regarding contract changes and information on existing contracts such as, but not limited to, payoff and early termination requests, rebooks, extensions, tax changes, equipment location changes, name changes, assignments and special customer requests.  This may include providing support and assisting co-employees with resolving customer issues.
• Credit Review and Approval - Conduct thorough review of customer’s credit information.  This includes requesting additional information from customer and dealer as necessary.  Provide recommendation to management on transactions requiring management review as defined by management.
• Miscellaneous - Handle special projects and perform other tasks as assigned including but not limited to, subscription updates for dealer personnel and working with IFS software vendor and our internal IS departments for Crown Credit on front-end system issues and testing of new Leaseworks upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Business Administration or Finance, or equivalent experience
• Two years related experience
• Good computer and communication skills
• Knowledge of the Company product line, customer applications, and accounting procedures preferred
• This position will require to be onsite
