Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to set-up and adjust highly automated electric motor manufacturing and assembly equipment for employees.
• Diagnose processes and tooling for adjustments and improvements.
• Work with new technology and automation for motor manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect parts per print specifications and adjust processes to maintain quality standards.
• Occasionally use lift trucks for stockhandling as required.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

• Paid training provided.
• Opportunity for hands-on learning with industry leading motor manufacturing and automation equipment.
• Shift differential of $1.50 for 3rd shift

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Perform basic math including fractions and decimals.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must have problem solving skills.
• Requires a strong mechanical aptitude.
