Plant Information: The Troy plant is a multi-shift operation responsible for precision machining and assembly of tight tolerance components in a clean and controlled environment using the latest technology in machine tools, automation, connected factory, and quality control systems.  

Position Overview: The Troy Plant Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of plant operations to ensure a safe, productive, and high-performing manufacturing environment. The Plant Manager leads all aspects of plant operations including safety, quality, employee development, operational and financial performance, supply chain effectiveness, and continuous improvement while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and problem-solving across production, maintenance, manufacturing engineering, and support functions.  Success in this position requires strong communication, operational and financial acumen, the ability to develop people and future leaders, and a commitment to delivering customer satisfaction through reliable execution, operational excellence, cost management, and strategic growth initiatives.  The Plant Manager is also the key contact for all community related activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and eight years of management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on all areas of communication and presenting.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business.
• Eight to fifteen years of prior management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding and previous operational experience in lean six sigma methodologies.
• Good computer skills.
